Where are you located?
We're a US-based company and we print right here at home. Our printers are spread across California, Florida, Texas, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Maryland — basically a cross-country road trip that your cat would absolutely refuse to go on.
And if you're outside the US, we've partnered with printers around the world so your order gets to you fast. We like you and your cat equally. Okay, maybe your cat a little more.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Yes, even to wherever your cat has claimed as their territory. Shipping rates vary depending on where you are, so check our shipping policy for the specifics. It's shorter than your cat's list of demands. Probably.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yep! Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package every step of the way — right to your doorstep, where your cat will almost certainly be waiting to inspect it first.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high-quality, comfy materials for all our tees — soft enough for cuddles, durable enough for playtime, and gentle on the skin. Basically, they meet your cat's exacting standards for anything they're willing to sit on. Exact materials vary by item, so check the product page for details.
