Free Shipping Free shipping on all orders over $75. The cat doesn't acknowledge this gesture, but we think it's pretty reasonable.

Order Processing 🐾 Orders are typically processed within [2–5] business days of purchase. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience, which your cat has never once extended to you.

Shipping & Delivery 📦 Because each item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before it ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
Most orders arrive in ~6–12 business days total, but please allow up to 14 business days during busy periods or carrier delays. Standard shipping is our default (we’re not Amazon—but it is coming).
Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Secure Checkout 🔒 All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. Your information is safe with us — unlike your unattended glass of water, which is not safe from your cat.

A Note on Delays Delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control can occasionally affect arrival times. We'll keep you updated. The cat will remain unbothered either way.
