At Unimpressed Cat Co., we take our products seriously. The cat takes nothing seriously, but that's not the point.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we'll make it right. No drama. No lengthy explanation required.

We offer refunds for:

🐾 Items that arrived damaged or defective

🐾 Orders that were sent incorrectly

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. To get the process started, reach out to us at support@unimpressedcatco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We're reasonable people. We also live with cats, so our tolerance for chaos is well above average.

For best results and a long, happy life for your shirt, please follow the washing and care instructions included with your order. The cat will still sit on it either way.
