Where are you located?

We're a US-based company and we print right here at home. Our printers are spread across California, Florida, Texas, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Maryland... basically a cross-country road trip that your cat would absolutely refuse to go on.

And if you're outside the US, we've partnered with printers around the world so your order gets to you fast. We like you and your cat equally. Okay, maybe your cat a little more.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Good news: once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Your cat will also be tracking it. They just won't tell you what they find.

What materials are your products made of?

We use high-quality, comfy materials for all our tees — soft enough for cuddles, durable enough for playtime, and gentle on the skin. Basically, they meet your cat's exacting standards for anything they're willing to sit on. Exact materials vary by item, so check the product page for details.
